Currently the print credit allocation for each year group is below as of 23rd January 2024 Year 7: £1.50 per Week (Resets each week) Year 8: £2 per Week (Resets each week) Year 9: £6 a Month (Resets on 1st of Month) Year 10: £8 a Month (Resets on 1st of Month) Year 11: £8 a Month (Resets on 1st of Month) 6th Form: £10 a Month (1st of Month) - Able to accumulate excess credit up to a maximum of £40  Staff: £20 a Month (Resets on 1st of Month) Please Note: Students are unable to add any print credit to their account. Should something need to be printed for a lesson they should contact their class teacher. If prompted, please login using username@hernebayhigh.org to view the video. <span class="fr-mk" style="display: none;"> </span><span class="fr-mk" style="display: none;"> </span><span class="fr-mk" style="display: none;"> </span><span class="fr-mk" style="display: none;"> </span><span class="fr-mk" style="display: none;"> </span><span class="fr-mk" style="display: none;"> </span><span class="fr-mk" style="display: none;"> </span><span class="fr-mk" style="display: none;"> </span><span class="fr-mk" style="display: none;"> </span><span class="fr-mk" style="display: none;"> </span> Printing on Letter Headed and Continuation Paper   Open a blank document and hit return three times to leave the necessary gap at the top of the page for the header, and type your letter out When ready to print on letter headed paper and continuation paper select File > Print   At the bottom of the Print Settings section, click the ‘Page Setup’ option     On the Page Setup dialogue box that appears, select the ‘Paper’ tab.   Under the paper source section of the dialogue box for the ‘First page’ highlight the paper tray that contains the letter headed paper, if you wish to use continuation paper for the other pages selection highlight the paper tray that contains the continuation paper, otherwise leave this as default tray.       Click the ‘OK’ button to confirm the selection.
